Filters need to be replaced at the 1–2 year mark, subject to the amount of use and level of care.

How To Maximise

The Life of Your Filter

The 3 Dos
Do clean the filter properly and regularly.
Do maintain chemical balance of spa water.
Do rotate 2 filters. This will increase each filter's life.
The 3 Don'ts
Don't scrub with a hard brush.
Don't use high pressure.
Don't use flocculants.

Clean Your Filter

At least every 1–2 months.

Step 1 — Remove
Remove the filter cartridge from your spa pool.
Step 2 — Wash
  • Wash the dirt and debris off using water.
  • Work from the top down.
  • Use only a garden hose or a specialized comb.
  • Do not use a hard brush.
  • Do not use high-pressure.
Step 3 — Soak
Mix 1 cup (240ml) of household detergent with 5 litres of water.
Soak the filter for 1–24 hours.
Step 4 — Rinse
Gently rinse the detergent off the filter.

Replace Your Filter

At the 1–2 year mark.
